Medical Solutions, Inc. Attracts Lynn Wallace, Ph.D.
to Scientific Advisory Board
San Diego, Ca – June 10, 2004 –
Bioelectric Medical Solutions, Inc. (BMSI) is assembling
a leading group of scientific and clinical experts
to guide the research and development of its consumer-oriented,
breakthrough miniaturization of microcurrent electrical
therapy (MET) technology. The company announced today
the appointment of Lynn Wallace, Ph.D., RPT, ATC/L
to its Scientific Advisory Board.
Mr. Lynn Wallace is a Registered Physical
Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer with over
30 years of experience in the prevention and treatment
of injuries. He has over 15 years of clinical experience
in the application of microcurrent electrical therapy,
primarily utilizing the MyomaticTM, a clinic based
unit of which Dr. Peter Lathrop (Founder of BMSI)
was a co-developer. Mr. Wallace's recently accepted
research includes the “Results of MENS Therapy
on 421 Patients with Lumbar Pain” at the World
Congress of Physical Therapy, Barcelona, June 2003.
He has written books entitled “MENS Clinical
Perspectives” Vols 1-4 which were published
in 1989-1990. Mr. Wallace established Ohio Physical
Therapy and Sports Medicine, Inc. in 1985 and grew
from one to ten physical therapy and sports medicine
clinics in the greater Cleveland, OH area with the
addition of microcurrent therapy as a treatment modality.
The clinics were purchased by the University Hospital
Health System in 1997 and Mr. Wallace remains there
today leading and guiding their work.
