INC. STRENGTHENS EXECUTIVE TEAM WITH SIGNIFICANT HIRE

today a key addition to its senior management team.
William Rissmann has joined Bioelectric Medical Solutions,
Inc. as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Rissmann will
be responsible for the planning and directing of all
aspects of the organization’s operational policies,
objectives, and initiatives. He will oversee the development
of policies and procedures for operational processes
in order to ensure optimization and compliance with
established standards and regulations. Mr. Rissmann
joins Bioelectric Medical Solutions, Inc. with extensive
experience in corporate product development, manufacturing
quality control, engineering project management and
all aspects of starting an early stage medical device
company.
William Rissmann joins Bioelectric Medical
Solutions, Inc. following a successful 20 year career
in medical device engineering, quality, research product
development management. Most recently, Rissmann served
as Interim President/Co-Founder and VP of Research
and Development for Cameron Health Inc., San Clemente,
CA. He was responsible for all technical and administrative
aspects of starting the company as well as for research
and development. Before joining Cameron Health Inc.,
Rissmann worked within Angeion Corporation and Guidant
Corporation providing a range of services in corporate
product development and engineering project management.
