MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD MEMBERS
San Diego, Ca – December 2003 –
Bioelectric Medical Solutions, Inc. (BMSI) announces
the expansion of its board of directors with the addition
of Alexander Robertson, an executive business development
consultant based in San Diego, CA and Richard Crawford,
Emmy award winning producer and director, with national
clients including IBM, Ford Nissan, Apple, Kodak,
NCR, Ernst & Young, among others.
Mr. Robertson obtained a Bachelor degree
in Science from University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg,
South Africa and a Bachelor degree in Marketing from
University of South Africa, Johannesburg, South Africa.
From 1970 to 1980 Mr. Robertson was technical manager
for British Telecom, Edinburgh, Scotland. From 1980
to 1987 he was controlling engineer for South African
Broadcast Corporation, South Africa where he dealt
with the creation of countrywide TV and Radio studios
as well as outside production mobile units. From 1987
to 1997 he was manager of Technical Operations for
Irdeto, Randburg South Africa and then for Integrated
Media Services, Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. From 1997-
1998 he was Managing Director of Business Development
& Member of the Executive Committee at Comstream
Corporation, Inc., Amsterdam, The Netherlands and
General Manager of its Broadband Product Division
in San Diego, California. He led cross- functional
teams for the design and development of OEM's leading
edge satellite receiver products such as DVB, MPEG
2 Digital Set Top Boxes (STB), Mediacast Digital PC
cards
for Internet Use and Digital Audio receivers. From
1998 to 2000 he was Vice President, Business Unit
for Tiernan Communications, Inc, San Diego, California.
Since 2000, Mr. Robertson has served as Vice President
of Business Development for a high tech company in
San Diego, California.

by attacking the problem at the source, in a painless
way, while dramatically reducing treatment cost"
said Robertson.
Richard Crawford's multi-faceted career
encompasses filmmaking and interactive
multimedia. Mr. Crawford began his career producing
film reports for NASA and the Air Force for the space
program. He then went on to do national TV commercials
for Ford and Eastman Kodak. Mr. Crawford has directed
Emmy award winning animation sequences, designed,
built and internationally toured the world's first
laser multimedia theater, Laserdome. Currently Mr.
Crawford is focusing his skills on the Internet for
streaming video and Broadband interactive teaching
applications. His considerable experience is being
applied to education with the New York Institute of
Technology, for e-commerce on the Disney account with
Ernst & Young, and in entertainment in the development
of interactive dramatic content for the Internet.
He is the director of the Namaji foundation for funding
humanitarian programs for social change. He also serves
as Vice President of the Russian American Foundation
for taking medical relief to Russian citizens. His
national clients include; IBM, Ford, Nissan, Apple,
Kodak, NCR, Ernst& Young, among others. Mr. Crawford's
awards include four area Emmy Awards, Gold Cindy Awards
for multimedia, San Diego Film Festival Prize and
the New York Art Directors Award.
